Make Money Online – 3 Money Making Methods That Work!

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Business Ideas

By Rob Matthew

Are you getting fed up with all the financial side of life, worrying about that next bill that’s due out? Have you ever wondered how some people can make such easy money online, and begged the question “can I do it too?” Well the answer is a resounding yes, and I can show you how.

These internet has grown and these days its much bigger, with even more opportunities to make money. Many people though believe you need your own website, or own products to sell to make it work…well that’s certainly not the case.

Imagine waking up in the morning, and not to the alarm. You get up when you want, ease yourself into the day, and then when your good and ready you decide to do your days work. When I say your days work, I mean just a few hours, then the day is yours to enjoy and do what you wish, the other great thing is no one telling you what to do, when to do it or watching over you.

I won’t lie to you though, there is no get rich quick fix for anyone. It does take a lot of work, or at least in the beginning with setting up and everything, but it gets easier the longer you do it, until it can run on pretty much auto pilot, and just take that few hours of your day. When you reach that stage then you still earn even while your away on holiday enjoying yourself.

So I hear you asking the question, where do I start? This is one of the biggest questions and decisions you will face when setting out to make money online is which route to take. There are in fact so many to choose from. But fear not, I am going to share with you what I consider the 3 best ways.

One thing I will ad, is that no matter which method you choose, the most important part is getting traffic, without that you will not make any money. There are number of ways for that, some free and some costing. The free way’s normally take longer to generate money, but is a great way to start as you are making money without it costing you a penny.

Anyway, back to the 3 methods I consider the best…..

Here is the first:

Write.
There are a lot of sites out there that will pay you to write articles or post blogs. It can be about anything your interested in and they will pay you regarding how many clicks, or views it gets. This varies a lot but if you were to write about specific topics that they are after, it could be around $200, not bad for about an hour’s work hey?

So that’s writing.

Here is the second:

Create your own blog.
Some people mistake this for needing your own web site, that is not the case. There is a site called “blogger” where you can go and register (it’s free) and create your own blog about pretty much anything. Now I hear you asking “how does that make me money.” Well there is a gadget called Google AdSense which you just add to your blog, and with that you will have ads from Google appear all down the side of your blog, and whenever someone clicks on them……you guessed it, you make money. To add to your income you can set up affiliate links on your blog, which brings me on to my last, and by far my favourite way to make money.

Here is the third:

Affiliate marketing.
Affiliate marketing if you haven’t heard of it, is where you promote other peoples products. The beauty of this is that you don’t need to spend time writing articles or making blog sites, you just find a product that you feel passionate about, or if you are stuck for ideas then just go to Google trends to see what’s hot at that time, and there is a place called ClickBank that has pretty much every product under the sun that you could promote, and then just start promoting it.

How to Increase Blog Readership With 3 Traffic Generation Tips and Strategies

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Marketing

By David Hale

This is a very easy and efficient strategy to draw in an avalanche of highly targeted traffic and readers to your blog. I will notify you in the beginning, that it does require a bit of time in order to realize the gain in traffic. Although, after you are completed, you will agree that it was all worth it due to the increase in subscribers and traffic to your blog.

Here we go:

1. To start, you want to find who your competitors are that have blogs with high readership and ranking. These bloggers must be directly related to your niche. Your mission – if you wish to accept it – is to draw all of those readers to your blog.

To find out who they are, use the free tools our friends at Google share and input your main keywords. After the list of blogs come up, check out those on the first three pages that directly relate to your niche and assess the content quality. The key information you want to obtain is how many RSS readers (if available), traffic

regularity and content quality.

Use these tools to help you out:

Alexa.com Traffic Details

Blog Juice Calculator (compare and contrast the result with those of your blog. You want to ensure the other blog is equal to or higher in ranking than yours):

Xinureturns.com (one of the best tools for a blog overview):

You want to develop a list of the top 5-7 blogs as a minimum. You may know who some of the movers and shakers are in your niche. If you do not, you need to real quick. Just make sure the other blogs are authority blogs with high Alexa and Google page rankings.

2. Next, you want to bookmark the blogs and check them out every day for updates. If they have an RSS feed, subscribe to it so you will know when it is updated. Your next mission is to run to that blog as fast as possible to read the update and make a top notch comment. Don’t write a comment for the sake of writing, but make it meaningful. Remember, your mission is to make yourself out to be a mover and shaker too. Make your posting relevant and valuable. Strive to be one of the first 10 comments to get the greatest benefits.

3. Lastly, keep doing this every day and you will eventually see a dramatic growth in your traffic, readership, and hopefully sales. When you see that happening, you know that you have diverted the traffic to your own site. Just make sure that every one of your comments has your name and blog URL. People will not only get to your site this way, but it will also build backlinks to your site.

I routinely do this on 10-15 blogs per day. Make it part of your schedule and you will stick to it. Just keep think of how many backlinks you will have in the end, not to mention the increased traffic.

If you are out to attract prospective customers and develop your online presence and exposure, you owe it to yourself and the financial future of your business to learn everything you can about Internet marketing.

Finding the Keyword Rich Domain for Your Blog/Site

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Ideas & Tips

Everyone has heard of SEO for websites and blogs, but did you know you could help your sites and blogs by having a keyword rich domain?  For example, when a person goes to search the internet for dog training, they might type into their browser “InternetDogTrainingTips.com”.  Did they do a search?  No!  They just typed their keywords into the browser!  So, if you happened to be the guy/girl that owned this domain, bam!  They are at your site and you did nothing to get them there!  Here is how you find a domain loaded with keywords:

1.  First of all, let’s be sure that you know that .com is the best extension you can have for your domain.  I wouldn’t go with .net, .org or any other option.  (If you can’t find a .com, chances are the niche you are after is pretty saturated already.  Not saying there isn’t room for you…if you have a good product!)

2.  Now let’s find some keywords.  You’ll need to pull up a keyword tool, such as WordTracker.  (It’s free and I like it’s results!)  So here, you’ll enter your niche market.  I’m using smoking as an example.  I get a huge list of results and the number of searches done on each one for the past 365 days.

3.  In a different window or tab, open GoDaddy.  What you’ll want to do is type each relative keyword chain in GoDaddy’s bulk domain window.  Here is a link: Search Bulk For example, I see “stop smoking”, “effects of smoking”, and “why is smoking bad for you” in the Keyword tool.  So, in the GoDaddy bulk domain box, I type: stopsmoking, effectsofsmoking, and whyissmokingbadforyou.

4.  After you’ve entered many possible domain names, hit the search button.  What it will come back are the domains that are available.  And lookie there, whyissmokingbadforyou.com is available!

I know you might be thinking that the domain is long…but, and this is a big but…it is rich of keywords!  Now, anyone who types in “whyissmokingbadforyou.com” will get your page!  No advertising, nada!

Blog Post Writing – Uncover 5 Nifty Guidelines For Beginners

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Ideas & Tips
1. Be very wise when choosing your topics. Make sure that they’re aligned to the theme of your blog and that they’re very interesting to your target audience. As much as possible, explore those topics that were not yet discussed by other bloggers so you can offer your readers with fresh, new information.2. Showcase your expertise. Get these people to trust you by showing off how deep your knowledge is in your niche. Instead of giving them general information, load up your blog posts with in-depth, solid information and insider tips.

3. Be friendly. The best way to get your readers to like you is to write your blog posts in a very friendly manner. Use conversational tone, empathize when needed, and make your readers laugh by inserting humor from time to time. Also, show genuine concern. Convince your readers that you’re willing to go to great lengths to give them everything that they’re looking for. If you do this, your readers will surely come back over and over again.

4. Encourage your readers to leave feedback. People in general simply love it when they feel that their ideas and opinions are valued. Make your readers feel that you’re interested to know what they think about your posts. Ask them to leave their feedback and acknowledge these feedbacks as soon as possible.

5. Make your blog posts scannable. Online users are “scanners.” Meaning, they really don’t read anything online word for word. Help them out by making your blog posts easy to skim through. They must contain short paragraphs and subheadings.

Finding a Popular Niche

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Ideas & Tips

Everyone wants to find a popular niche to base their sites around…something that is highly searched.  Highly searched means better chances for high traffic to your site.  Course, we all know, high traffic means more money!  But exactly how can you find a niche that is is highly searched?  Below, I’ll outline a couple of resources, their pros/cons and links to where you can find these tools.

Using Keyword Research Tools

Pros: When you type in a word, it will show you how many times that word was searched as well as give you similar words and how often they were searched.  For example, say you were searching for “Dog Training”.  It will also give you “Dog Training Ideas”, “Dog Training Tips” and so on.  Also is very easy to use.

Cons: You have to come up with the “seed” word.  It will not suggest popular words.

Link:  I like this one because it’s FREE!  WordTracker

Top Keyword Reports

Pros:  With this, you have to do no guessing or providing your own “seed” word.  You’ll get a report that details the top searched terms and how many searches were done for that term.  Often times, other services come with the reports.

Cons: Ya can’t expect a tool  as awesome as this to be free…and it’s not.

Using eBay

Pros: FREE!

Cons:  It’s easy to get side tracked using this tool as one thing leads to another, to another and so on.

Link: What’s popular on eBay

Checking the Freelance Boards

Pros: By browsing the freelance job boards, you can see what kind of SEO articles others are wanting to be created.  Obviously, the wouldn’t be paying a writer to write articles for them if the keywords weren’t paying off.

Cons:  Be catious with this as there are times where people are “sure” that a certain keyword is going to be the next big thing and swarm for articles and then nothing comes of it.

Buying and Selling Domains

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Business Ideas

Buying and selling domains has interested me since I read an article about a guy that purchased a domain and sold the domain for 150K!  Sounded like pretty easy money, so I started researching the subject.  Here are a couple of useful tool and ideas that I have discovered:

1.  justdropped.com – this website is great for searching for domain names that, you guessed it, just dropped.  I found that it’s great for looking for a domain that contains certain words.  For example, I needed a name for a website about dogs…so I searched for dropped domains that had the word “dog” in it.

Also, there are tools built into the search that allows you to see if there are any links to the certain domain and to view the Alexa ranking.

This site is free but you do have to register to use it.

2.  GoDaddy domain auctions – Like to bid on an domain?  Sometimes you can find a few with some good traffic for pretty cheap prices on the auctions.

You have to register and the price is $4 to become a bidder.

3.  alexa.com/siteinfo – Look up a domain in this site and you can see the traffic details as well as what are the most common keywords used to find the domain.

This site is free and you do not have to register.

4.  archive.org/web/web.php – This is also known as the Wayback Machine.  It will show you what pages were displayed on that certain domain for several years back.  How is this beneficial?  If you are looking for a domain to draw in traffic of a specific kind, it’s always good to see what the domain was used for previously.  You don’t want to buy a credit domain and find the traffic used to be for a porn site!

This is also a free site that you don’t have to register to use.

As I gather more tips/ideas, I’ll be posting them here.  Also, if you have any tips or ideas on buying and selling domains, please feel free to post and share the knowledge!
